Real estate has been my life’s work for more than four decades. I am a second-generation real estate professional who learned the business by watching my father build an independent brokerage rooted in faith, discipline, and service. Those values continue to guide how I work today. Listen first. Tell the truth. Protect the client.
I became licensed at a young age and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University. Since then, I have worked full-time in residential, investment, commercial, and distressed real estate throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
I have personally handled foreclosures, tax sales, estate properties, lender-owned assets, and private investment transactions. I have seen nearly every type of real estate crisis and opportunity.

Our Philosophy
CRIBS is a for-profit company, just like any other business. We exist to generate income by solving real estate problems and creating successful outcomes. However, our philosophy is simple. Profit should never come at the expense of the client. There is an old saying in business: pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. That mindset is very applicable to how we approach real estate investing. Our goal is to create fair deals where everyone involved understands the numbers and the outcome. Many investors focus only on acquiring properties at the lowest possible price. At CRIBS, we take a different approach. We believe in transparency, clear communication, and helping clients understand all of their options before making an important financial decision. That difference is why many people come to us when they want honest guidance.
